It’s normal to hear master gardeners recommend adding magnesium to soil for plants because the pharmaceutical companies don’t mind if your garden grows well.

I abandoned all toxic supplements for nutrition in food. Especially D instead of sun.

How do we identify a real magnesium supplement?

Dr Sircus recommendations are valuable. Iodine, magnesium, hydrogen, sodium bicarbonate, chlorine dioxide, D3. His books are excellent.

Yes I’ve read many of his books. I’ve had a cough for three months after flu and I’ve been taking 1000 m Vitamin C with zinc but nothing happened. I started 1/2 a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda to bring my Ph down due to sugar being added to everything, and I’ve noticed that my cough is finally going. I know that we don’t assimilate iodine unless our alkalinity is 7.0. There is a tiny window for iodine assimilation. Now I’m wondering if vitamin C or maybe zinc need higher alkalinity too to be absorbed?? Any guesses?

I’m not sure about your view on Lugols iodine. I have not heard it but I don’t know most things. The best resource on iodine is Dr David Brownstein.
