My husband has been using DMSO and methylene blue for the last four months or so. In Germany DMSO is known as a "canal opener". Having checked his blood pressure (he has been on medication for the last 10 years or so), he found that the blood pressure had reduced. He is off the blood pressure medication now.

Thanks, Dr Sircus, for your encouragement to find solutions outside the medical system, solutions that work far better, are cheaper and rarely do any harm.

Sorry, it's CardioMiracle. It has amino acids that boosts Nitric Oxide, improving vasodilatation and cleaning the arteries.

Thank you, Dr. Sircus. What about EDTA? That helped me years ago when I wasn't getting enough oxygen to my leg muscles, causing me to experience leg heaviness and weakness when walking up steep hills or steps. Within a week, I experienced a major improvement, so I continued taking it for a couple of months (one capsule before bed, followed by my usual vitamins and minerals the next morning). Now I take it for a couple of weeks every six months or so, for peace of mind. At 73, I'm going strong. I have also followed your prevention advice in several of the books I have purchased on your site and look forward to your essays and videos.

Dr. Sicrus, have you done another CT angiogram or at least a cardiac calcium score or CIMT (Carotid Intimedia Thickness) test after your protocol? If so, what were the comparative results?

I live in the US. I’ve searched online for cyclodextrin suppositories and only find oral capsules or powder. Can you recommend a source to purchase cyclodextrin suppositories from? Thank you in advance

Thank you so much for your research and commitment. I am 75 y.o. and only learned of my severe atherosclerosis 6 years ago or so (latest CAC Score 6100), so I have been trying whatever diet, lifestyle, supplement, or other treatment I can find (while avoiding statins, stents, & surgery). Currently have taken 119 beta cyclodextrin doses, and have no more symptoms.

I have also used chlorine dioxide and DMSO regularly, but have a concern that oral intake of CLO2 knocks out the good bacteria in my mouth that reduce nitrates to nitrites and thereby impair nitric oxide production, resulting in my blood pressure skyrocketing dangerously, sometimes with normal 120-135 systolic going to 200+. The last time that happened I stopped the CLO2 and increased arginine & citruline supplements, took a mixture of Prague powder #1 (sodium nitrite) plus magnesium citrate, as well as increasing high nitrate greens such as spinach and kale and some processed meats. By doing this, I dropped my blood pressure from 201/103 to 106/67 within six weeks. Has anyone else noticed blood pressure spikes after drinking chlorine dioxide?

No Dave, have not seen this how much CD were you taking. Glad you are doing well, I am too but my legs still are more or less. I do the sublingual CD only once max twice a day to protect my teeth, gums and bones...at 72 only have three teeth so need to protect max possible. How much DMSO you taking?

I have been taking CD 1-2 times/week, usually 3-4 ounces of 30 ppm, sipping it over an hour or so. I only take more often if I feel an infection coming on. I make up batches of roughly 100 ppm and use the test strips to confirm dilution to about 30 ppm. Sometimes I add 1-2 eye droppers of 100% DMSO. Usually I only use the DMSO externally, on my knee when it hurts, and I also use a DMSO roll-on as an underarm deodorant (as a convenient way to maintain a regular but minimal intake).

Correction to what I wrote about my Prague Powder #1 comment; I mix that with magnesium ascorbate (not citrate, which is what I take along with l-threonate as a daily supplement).

Dr Nathan Bryan has excellent references regarding nitric oxide. He warns that any mouthwashes or antibacterial intake can knock out (at least for 3-4 days) the beneficial

oral bacteria that are critical to NO support. I grow a LOT of kale, and what I cannot eat or give away I dehydrate and pack in mylar bags with an oxygen absorber, and heat seal the bags. Every day I add dehydrated kale to the coffee I perk (along with Centella, Spearmint leaf, and holy basil) plus more supplements in my cup (ashwagandha, curry powder, cinnamon, ginger, curcumin, fenugreek powder, whey protein, & collagen hydrolysate).

Dr Bryan said the nitrates and nitrites are water soluble and perking them with coffee is a great way to get that benefit without eating a bowl of kale daily.

I also used to have Stage 3 chronic kidney disease (eGFR 40) but I did my own research and ignored my nephrologist and stopped going to him years ago, and my most recent eGFR in 2024 was 89 !!! I believe that taking 1/4 tsp of sodium bicarbonate at night definitely helped restore my kidney function - but one possible downside is that if it neutralizes too much of my stomach acid and raises the pH, that will also interfere with nitrite conversion to nitric oxide.

Always have to be aware of the "too much versus too little" impacts of anything we eat.

I also meant to mention this, which I sent to friends & family this morning:

FYI. https://sayerji.substack.com/p/nattokinase-reverses-heart-diseasebut Great paper, and a wonderful research site. Also see the link to 300+ statin-associated adverse effects.

I have been taking high-dose natto for over a year now (in the middle of the night or when I wake up). I am taking Nattovena (8000 FU's/day from nattokinase) plus Neprinol AFD (30,000 FU's/day, from a combination of nattokinase, serrapeptase, and lipase). Both of those products I order from Arthur Andrew Medical in Scottsdale, AZ - https://arthurandrew.com/ I also take a pine bark extract and a baby aspirin with them.

Feel free to forward this to anyone else with heart disease problems. Also just finished my self-treatment # 120 with (2) hydroxy-propyl beta-cyclodextrin. https://www.heartfixer.com/IndexCHC.htm and https://atherocare.com/
